Flor's Obi

Our client Flor Patisserie wanted to launch a new series of products that encapsulated what they were best known for: honest baking with great ingredients.
Our art direction and design for the products' packaging involved the creation of an "obi" wrapper that could easily be applied to the boxes the owner chose. The "obi"harked back to the patisserie's roots in French-inspired Japanese style baking.
Inspired by the fluffiness of Flor's sponge cakes, Flor's signature Swiss roll made with gula melaka came wrapped in a golden obi of clouds.
